As a result of pandemic related supply chain disruptions, the bicycle industry has adapted to different inventory distribution channels. Besides the traditional brick and mortar retail shop, like Crazy Cat Cyclery, consumers now have several online options. We would like to outline some of those online options to our customers. All bicycles new or used that are currently in stock at Crazy Cat Cyclery are available for purchase in store or on our website. Consumers then have the option to pick up in store or delivery to home.

2. Giant Bicycles

Giant bicycles are available online at https://www.giant-bicycles.com/us. Consumers can purchase in-stock (item must be highlighted in green) inventory online and ship to shop. Our techs will then professionally assemble and provide customer service with both pick up in store or delivery to home options. Crazy Cat Cyclery will receive a margin from the sale.

3. Specialized Bicycles

Specialized bicycles are online at https://www.specialized.com/us/en/. Consumers will have three online options:

Option 1: “Specialized Delivery” orders will be shipped to the shop, professionally assembled, and hand delivered to the consumer with customer service provided at home. Crazy Cat Cyclery will receive a margin from the sale.

Option 2: “Ship to Shop” orders will be shipped to shop for customer pick up. The shop will professionally assemble at no cost and provide quality customer service in store. Crazy Cat Cyclery will receive a margin from the sale.

Option 3: “Ship to Home” option is a new feature from Specialized. The consumer will receive a mostly assembled bike in box at home. Crazy Cat Cyclery will not a receive a margin from the sale but will still be available for all warranty and service needs in store.
